Location - Columbia, MD Branch

What You Will Do:

  • Assist existing customers that are moving.

  • Contact potential customers that are moving in and schedule an outside sales representative to visit.

  • Prepare customer agreements, send to customers and follow up to ensure timely service and delivery.

  • Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and customer is satisfied.

  • Maintain required average daily call volume.

  • Maintain required monthly recovery goals.

What You Will Need:

  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Minimum of one year of call center customer service or inside sales experience

  • Desire for customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to understand and manage sales goals throughout the month.

  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.

  • Must be able to navigate within multiple systems.

  • Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
