What Will Your Job Look Like?

The Data Reconciliation Clerk will be responsible for manifest reconciliation. The manifest is reviewed to ensure the trip details align with the actual arrival time, departure time, and mileage. The Data Reconciliation Clerk shall also confirm the accuracy of the recorded no-shows, collected fares, cancellations, and any other changes to the manifest per the guidelines of the Client.

This position is located in office at: 436 S. Hamilton Ct. Gilbert, AZ

What You’ll Do:


  • Monitors, audits and checks all documents to ensure required information is received and entered correctly


  • Collect and organize manifests


  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all trip details for customers


  • Perform manifest reconciliation


  • Run reports to ensure all exceptions and No Shows are cleared


  • Assist with fare reconciling 


  • Perform data entry, either manually or using scanning technology


  • Maintain manifest electronic shared folder


  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns of manifest errors


  • Email communication when reconciliation has been completed


  • Monitor manifest reconciliation compliance


  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations pertaining to client and customer information


  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required


  • Attend team meetings ​


What You’ll need:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


  • 1 year customer service experience


  • 1 year data entry experience preferred


  • Experience working with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Hourly Rate: $20 - $22
