We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Systems Administrator. This role will involve maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This position will be working in-person out of our corporate office in Wichita, KS.

Our Opportunity: 

The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies. This position will act as the subject matter expert for support, execution, and understanding of the end-to-end employee life cycle processes and requirements.  This role will collaborate closely with HR team members, IT professionals, and various stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of HR systems to support our organization’s HR processes and objectives.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of HRIS, including but not limited to employee record management, system configuration, data integrity, user access management, and troubleshooting

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Customer service focused: development and maintenance of effective relationships at all organizational levels on order to understand and execute upon operational needs

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR data and applications within the HR system

  • Testing and configuration of any pushed functional enhancements or updates

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operation procedures, user guides, and training material

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage system functionalities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Manage employee document filing process both paper and electronic

  • Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to HR leadership team for approval and/or prioritization

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • UKG & Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver an effective message both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with minor direction

  • Outgoing, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude that easily adapts to change

  • Ability to establish policy and procedure related to use of HR technology

  • Advanced working knowledge of HR processes and technology

  • Ability to work in a team environment and interface with various departments and employees effectively
