Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY
The inventory control will have the responsibility for the accuracy of inventory information.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Worksheet creation, repair, and maintenance
Purchasing agent for assigned jobs
Maintain perpetual count in the worksheet
Reconciliation of raw and finished material (preparation of loss reports)
Insure perpetual inventory levels are accurate and readily available
Track allowable inventory limits and insure customer accountability
Price assigned inventories
Insure timely preparation and distribution of receivers.
Provide material cost estimates.
Tracking of Certificates of Insurance.
Insure disposition of outdated. Unusable materials.
Setup of new programs, as needed, for improvement in all areas.
Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee regularly does physical floor counts
QUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE
Minimum Education
High school diploma or Equivalent- Essential
College- Desirable
Minimum Experience
Knowledge and experience to setup new programs for plant wide improvement- Essential
2 Years' experience in computer programming- Essential
2 Years' experience in Inventory control- Essential
