Job Description:

VisionFirst is accepting applications for an outstanding full-time employee for our Central Scheduling department in Louisville, Kentucky. This position is very customer service driven, and requires a reliable, self-motivated candidate who pays close attention to detail with the willingness to learn. The candidate must be flexible, efficient, reliable, computer-savvy, enjoy a fast pace and welcome change.
Duties include but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments for multiple locations as well as online appointment requests.Evaluating doctors schedules to ensure smart scheduling.Preparing/mailing recall notices to patients. Electronically sending new patient paperwork.Obtaining insurance authorizations.Making reminder phone calls to patients.Performing various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
