The Assistant Manager – Alpha VIN position is critical to American Honda Motor Co., Inc. in an effort to complete the Airbag Inflator Recall with an emphasis on Alpha VINs. This position will reflect as a key component in the success of both Field and Customer Relations as it pertains to the completion of all Alpha VINs. This position will develop and implement process which focus on Lifetime Owner Loyalty, ensure systems are in place to optimize business operations and be100% compliance with TREAD requirement. The Assistant Manager will be leading 3'd party providers to incorporate staffing needs, identify opportunities for improving customer service, develope Business Plan and budget planning and selecting, and developing and coaching of Supervisors to ensure next generation of leadership personnel.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 13+ years of work experience plus 1-3 years of experience in auto parts and service wholesale and retail experience Knowledge of dealer parts and service operations, marketing channels, and Internet and social media research
• Must be proficient in the use of analysis, development of action plans and follow through to achieve business objectives
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• May require non-traditional hours and/or weekends
• This position requires frequent travel
