Custom national retailer programming

On-Brand, industry-leading Shopper Marketing programs

Creative Concepts & Messaging for consumers at retail points of purchase

Comms Tools/Engagement for retail stakeholders and buyers


Build The Brand At Retail

This team fully owns development and execution of retail & shopper programming; generic, retailer, and Red Bull voiced

Consolidates National Retail Programming Calendar for Large Format (and manages timelines)

Translates Brand assets and initiatives into winning Retail programs

Designs creative and impactful messaging relevant to Large Format Retail landscape

Seeks out inputs and support from cross functional stakeholders in guaranteeing that consumers perceive Red Bull as a prevalent, relevant, premium Product & Brand at Large Format Retail

Maximizes The Reach And Purchase Potential Of Retail Programs

Establishes tangible and quantifiable targets to drive and measure performance

Leads quality execution across all facets of Large Format Retail marketing programs, from initiation to completion

Ensure seamless alignment with key stakeholders and consistency of messaging across all initiatives

Delivers Large Format Channel and retailer specific programming that drives shopper and consumer purchase conversion

Ensures A Return On Investments Of Resources And Efforts

Key stakeholder in Business Plan process for Large Format channel

Identify business case & develop rationale to inform programming decisions

Devises and executes smart tests

Assume responsibility for budget management of Large Format Retail Programing

Analyzes performance to deliver actionable conclusions

Creates Retail Programs That Differentiate Red Bull With Shopper And Retailer Vs Competition

Uncovers key Large Format insights & opportunities; develops channel solutions

Leads custom program development for top National Large Format Retailers

Delivers full suite of programming; from turn-key & scalable to breakthrough & innovative

Manages creation of retail program assets: concept development, POS messaging, selling materials

Leverages consumer and shopper insights to identify trends and opportunities that will shape the future state of Large Format Retail marketing

Ensure Great People, Great Plans, And Quality Execution

Share best practices with the US business units and international teams

Foster strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to drive a culture of mutual accountability and motivation

Manages and develops Large Format Trade Activation Manager




5+ years experience in CPG environment, ideally within Sales or Retail Marketing.

Field experience is a plus.

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills ability to organize, prioritize and deliver on time

Strategic and intellectually curious, with track record of upleveling projects to maximize success

Ability to drive insights into action

Excellent written and oral communication skills


Fluent in English
