Service Tactical Operations Associate

The Role

Your role is similar to a project manager assisting business leaders getting Service locations ready at all times to delight customers. You have clear understanding of location enhancement needs and exceed expectation by addressing them quickly. You also help solve facilities problems and turn challenges into opportunities.

This position requires a self-starter who will take ownership over end-to-end location enhancements & analyze and create better ways to support the business leaders, i.e. field service team. You should be a problem solver who can learn and move quickly to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal

Responsibilities

* Requirements gathering and assessment

* Responsible for understanding and gathering existing service centers needs for site improvement

* Collect data and corral information from pertinent parties to evaluate the needs

* Build a business case articulating cost and benefits

* Maintains ongoing relationship with service centers w/ periodic travels to sites as necessary

* Tactical execution

* Own end-to-end execution of the improvement efforts

* Track and manage progress by monitoring progress of tickets and coordinating weekly meetings

* Provide weekly update and escalate as necessary

* Manage vendors status and progress

* Continuous operational improvement

* Perform recurring analysis of ticketing data to identify bottle necks

* Track and manage assets within region, strategically dispositioning as necessary

* Stay informed on all updates regarding equipment and service strategy

* Recommend improvement plans by proactively analyzing and building business case

Qualifications

* Experience with operations management, facilities management, customer experience, and/or data analytics preferred

* Associate s/Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience

* Organized self-starter who can build trusting relationships and drive process

* Proactive about new initiatives; Not afraid to ask questions and challenge status quo

* Track record of making impact in the projects you participated

* Able to travel domestically up to 25%
