We are looking for a creative communications professional who excels at demand generation and has the skills to develop and execute campaigns, adapt content for multi-channel customer experiences, and is informed through monitoring/analyzing metrics; a self-starter with a can-do, collaborative mind set; a project manager who can prioritize and execute multiple projects at any given time; and a strong understanding of both traditional and digital channels to reach customers. In this role, the person will serve as the Marketing Communications Content Specialist, responsible for planning and localizing marketing communications content to engage and nurture customers along the buyers’ journey for the US Market. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with global marketing & communications, technical service, regulatory and legal partners to develop effective, relevant and localized content that engages customers across the buyer’s journey for US market
Create and activate an integrated marketing communications customer experience to create demand and drive desired business results
Develop an editorial plan and calendar for multichannel publishing
Leverage subject matter experts to deploy content strategies and tactics to reach the target audience in US market
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of programs and tactics delivered to customers
Advocate for continuous improvement of content and delivery to improve desired results
Manage multiple projects, programs and campaigns
Recommend and manage external resources and vendors
Ensure alignment to corporate and business brand strategy and identity
Manage and monitor budgets and adjust plans as needed
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years combined experience in Communications and/or Marketing in a private, public, government, or military environment
Minimum of two (2) years of digital marketing experience (i.e. marketing automation, SEO, SEM, digital media, digital content, link strategy development, and/or tagging) in a private, public, government, or military environment
Minimum of two (2) years of cross-functional team experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Minimum of two (2) years of project management in a private, public, government, or military environment
Experience in in B2B communications preferably in a health care or regulated industry environment
Experience working for a digital, creative or public relations agency.
Strong collaboration and team management skills
Experience with customer insights
Writing for SEO, SEM or digital channels
Experience working in a matrixed organization
