YOUR ROLE


  • Work with a cross-functional team to create existing new brands or line extensions/restages for existing brands.

  • Responsible for creating product & brand equities that fit within the overall Zotos Professional equity (Target/Insight/Benefit/RTB) & working with Creative team to bring new products to life via models, visuals, packaging and copy.

  • Work with R&D to develop strong efficacious products (identifying existing technologies to leverage), and work with go-to-market team (N. America) to help develop appropriate launch plans. 

  • Work with Finance/Operations to insure initiative is a sound business

YOUR SKILLS


  • Must have a BS/BA or MBA in Marketing/Business degree with a minimum of 0-1 years of experience

  • Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills

  • Enjoy a multitasking environment and very self-motivated/champion their projects

  • Collaborative/Team player

  •  Embraces Change

  • Global perspective Bias for action
