Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required

We are looking for a Personnel Security Specialist to provide support to the US Treasury.


  • Possess strong customer service and expertise of personnel security administration support, to include but not limited to, applicable manuals, regulations, policies, and instructions; OPM clearance procedures
  • Possess comprehensive understanding of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12)
  • Manage SCI access procedures, Electronic Questionnaires for Investigation
  • Processing (e-Qip), Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
  • Administer the receipt, control, and accountability of Sensitive Compartmented Information. SCI
  • Possess integrated security services skill sets in the following areas: SSO Operations; Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations; SCI Personnel Security; SCI Information Security; SCI Physical Security; SCI TEMPEST; and, SCI Industrial Security
  • Capable to provide training to individuals or groups to meet personnel security requirements
  • Possess strong customer service and expertise of personnel security administration support, to include but not limited to, applicable manuals, regulations, policies, and instructions; OPM clearance procedures
  • Possess comprehensive understanding of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12)

Qualifications:


  • Must have an Active TSC with SCI
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years due process & writing experience
  • OPM databases: CVS, PIPS, NP2
  • Security database/clearance repository

Training and Certifications:

  • OPM Essentials of Suitability Adjudication
  • Personnel Security Adjudication certifications (ex: DoD, ODNI)
  • Due Process Adjudication certifications (ex: DoD, CDSE, ODNI)
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
