Collect field drive test data using data collection tools Post process and analyze drive test data VoLTE & LTE Layer 3 Analysis including call
Ability to troubleshoot RAN VoLTE and LTE failure types
Propose appropriate solutions including parameter & antenna configuration optimization
KPI Monitoring and Trending
Identification and troubleshooting Top Offenders to resolution.
Four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
2+ years of relevant work experience
RF Design experience and ATOLL Experience
experience to assist with RAN Network troubleshooting and Cluster optimization Technical Background
Understanding RAN VoLTE and LTE RF Parameter settings including Traffic Management strategies and Carrier Aggregation
Understanding of Call Flow and Failure Types in VoLTE & LTE networks
Understanding of eNodeB & RRH equipment plus hardware failure types
Additional Position Requirements:
A background investigation and drug test are required.
