SUMMARY OF TASKS
As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will learn the
Saputo business from the bottom up and have a major
responsibility in the satisfaction of our employees
through compensation, benefits and retirement plan
administration. This entry-level role with a top three
dairy processor in the US and one of the top ten dairy
processors in the world, will afford you the opportunity

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Compensation administration - assist in the areas of
quarterly incentive program administration, job
evaluation, hourly wage progression development, and
salary survey completion.
* Using our HRIS System, Workday, oversee Retirement
administration process weekly plan funding,
monitor weekly payroll deferral integrations and
resolve discrepancies, coordinate annual audits,
conduct periodic internal audits and review and
update internal controls as needed, review regular
plan financial reporting, respond to questions and
resolve discrepancies.
* Using our HRIS System, Workday, oversee Benefits
administration - monitor weekly health vendor
integrations and resolve discrepancies, process
weekly funding and monthly invoicing, research and
resolve escalated issues through 3rd party vendors,
conduct periodic audits to ensure integrity of
enrollments and payroll deductions between multiple
systems, respond to government agency inquiries and
update enrollments, manage the tracking and
documenting of administrative benefit appeals.
* Resource for internal HR staff and employees
respond to inquiries related to compensation and
benefit matters.
* Assist with compilation of data and documentation
for compliance-related submissions such as Form
5500, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summary of Benefits
and Coverage and other required documentation.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes,
including preparing and analyzing regular management
and audit reports and ensuring integrity of the HRIS
and other systems.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Values that align with the Saputo culture.
* Bachelor s degree in business, finance or human
resources.
* 3 - 5 Years experience in a benefits, compensation
or human resources role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills,
interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize workload, self-directed to
manage multiple tasks without close supervision,
thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
changes while consistently meeting deadlines.
* Strong technical and analytical skills, including
Word, Excel (advanced user), and PowerPoint.
* Workday experience a plus.
