RESPONSIBILITIES

Noblis ESI is hiring for Front Office Support staff with Top Secret SCI clearances in Chantilly, Virginia.

Direct Support to Chief, Edge Acquisition Group (EAG).

u2022 Quickly learn technical aspects of EAG programs and provide review and recommendations to programmatic and technical documentation, briefings, Weekly Activity Reports (WARs), and meeting strategy.

u2022 Provide technical recommendations for EAG vision and goals.

u2022 Provide ad hoc technical overview of EAG portfolio when queried on program status, relationship to organizational goals, and compilation of WARs and accomplishments.

u2022 Advocate for and represent EAG portfolio in support of EAG leadership when they are not available.

u2022 Manage, track, open, close, provide input to, and task out TIERS and Action items.

u2022 Manage, track, open, close, edit, update, and task 120 Day Schedule and staff meeting documentation.

u2022 Manage Chief, EAGu2019s calendar.

u2022 Pass Government clearances and initiate visit requests.

u2022 Track, manage, and provide technical review of formal and informal documentation. [Interagency Agreements and Process Initiation Forms]

u2022 Document processes, recommend process improvements, and propose process initiation.

u2022 Manage, track, and compile statistics on documentation coordination: comeback questions and responses, formatting errors, edits, and number of submittals for approval.

u2022 Take and publish notes at EAG meetings to include creation, assigning, and tracking action initiation and closure.

u2022 Manage EAG programmatic and technical input and edits on OIO and MID SharePoint sites.

u2022 Review documentation to ensure format and grammar standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage assignments independently.

u2022 1-5 years of prior experience in a DoD or IC technical and acquisition environment.

u2022 Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone or in person

u2022 Demonstrated written communication skills

u2022 Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and work with various customers and management levels.

u2022 Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills

u2022 Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment

u2022 Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems

u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion

u2022 Works effectively both as a team member and independently.

u2022 Ability to work independently, prioritizes existing projects, and proactively determine areas requiring additional attention or monitoring.

u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree

u2022 Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Desired:

u2022 5-10 years prior experience in DoD or the IC.

u2022 Experience with the NRO TIER system.

u2022 Experience in creating or updating SharePoint sites.
