The People team is looking for an experienced University Recruiter, with a focus on campus program management to join D&B.

As a University Recruiter, you will manage the end to end campus recruiting process, to include university talent attraction and recruitment strategy for Dun & Bradstreet. You will create and maintain strategic partnerships at key universities and build a pipeline of qualified university students to fill roles across a variety of business areas.

Key Responsibilities:   


  • Design and implement robust university specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top university talent in line with corporate growth initiatives. Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and needs.

  • Create detailed university strategic plans at universities with clearly defined objectives, manage the calendar of events and attend campus events in support of school strategy.

  • Develop, maintain and track relationships with university professionals including careers services, faculty staff, campus organizations, societies, ambassadors and alumni that will enable us to advance our presence on campus and attract high caliber candidates.

  • Analysis of annual campus recruiting performance (pipeline quality, offer rate, acceptance rate, conversion rate of summer interns to full-time offers, etc) and strategic assessment of sourcing channels and methodologies. Analyze new trends and share best practices.

  • Lead the design, development and management of D&Bs Summer Internship Program while ensuring a great internship experience and a great value added to the business.

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.

Key Requirements:   


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • 5-7 years campus recruiting experience including full lifecycle recruitment, employer brand promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and follow through.

  • Self-directed, forward thinker who can bring new ideas to the forefront based on looking at trends and external best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel to college campuses and work flexible hours as needed.

  • Highly collaborative and strong team player

  • Analytical and data centric mindset, using insights to inform decision making.
