Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an RF Design Engineer to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
Perform LTE RF design and optimization activities (Mainly RF Design).
Perform network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics.
Carry out data collection and provide post-processing analysis

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
4+ years strong RF Design work experience.
Familiar with CBRS and SAS concepts
Good understanding of Link budget and ability to create link budgets.
Working experience with small cells and understanding of radio propagation below clutter.
Familiarity with 3GPP Rel 8-13 features, CA, CoMP etc and LTE network architecture.
Understanding of Propagation Model tuning.
Proficient in using propagation tools (preferably - Atoll, Overture and iBwave)
In-building Design (small/medium and large venues such as stadiums) and optimization experience.
Experience with X-CAL, X-Cap, Wireshark and iPerf.
Able to perform LTE network parameter Optimization
Able to perform traffic and statistical analysis.
Work experience in Fixed Wireless Access is a major plus.
Familiarity with SON Features such as ANR, Auto PCI, LB, MRO, Pilot Pollutions, Overshooting, PCI Collision.
Understanding of layer 3 message flow.
Understanding of networking concepts DNS, DHCP, IP connectivity, VLAN, subnetting and IPsec etc. (CCNA desired)
Able to perform site build verifications and acceptance process.
Familiarity with GIS tools Such as Mapinfo and Google Earth.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Master Degree is preferred.
