· Experience in working with cross-regional teams in an onshore/offshore model
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong ability to conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions and documentation (User Stories, BRD, FRD)
· At least 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Investment banking Domain – Operations, Capital Markets, Banking Services, etc.
· Demonstrates ability to analyze information and recommend target state process
· Experience with MS VISIO for process mapping
· Experience with Agile methodology (Preferred)
· Facilitate functional requirements walk-throughs
· Condense large documents into simple and concise summary and flows
· Works with Project Manager and Business Owner for sign-off and adhere to Project timelines
· Understanding of various business scenarios( exceptions) to document used cases
