Functions as a front-line customer service representative to patients and care givers. Delivers equipment/supplies to and from patients' homes, instructs patients and families in proper use of equipment, and provides set-up. Some HME Service Techs also do scheduling and dispatching.


DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor VehiclesState Driver's License - with excellent driving record using state point system. Must be able to move heavy equipment. 21 years of age. Knowledge of customer service and public relations concepts. Previous customer service, patient care, or public relations Experience .
