The Senior SOC Program Auditor will be responsible for:
Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions and technical operations of the SOC Program Management Office, including ensuring the timely issuance of ADP's SOC reports.
Providing timely status reports to SOC Program Director regarding progress of all SOC related activities and functions.
Supporting the SOC Program Management Office in responding to various client audit needs, including the distribution of SOC reports and bridge letters to ADP clients and their auditors.
Assisting the SOC Program Director in preparing for weekly Global SOC PMO meetings with the external service auditor.
Familiarity with relevant frameworks and methodologies related to SOC reporting (SSAE-18, CSAE 3416, ISAE3402, SOC-2, and SOC-3), ICFR, SOX 404, CoBIT, COSO, Hi-Trust,
FedRamp, CSF, NIST, IT general controls, application controls, and transaction processing.
Supervising each of ADP's SOC reporting cycles to completion (with minimal supervision), including assisting with SOC report reviews, monitoring progress of SOC audits, performing the review of all confirmed SOC deviations/failures and management responses for accuracy and clarity, prior to issuance to its clients.
Contributing to the Corporate Internal Audit department annual audit plan, by coordinating, conducting, executing, and performing integrated audits, IT audits, or specialized audits, as
requested, including leading walk-throughs and testing, drafting audit findings, risks, and recommendations and preparing draft and final reports in accordance with department standards and metrics (with little to no supervision).
3+ years of experience in Big 4 Public or national accounting firm, or comparable business experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or Economics required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective and efficient multitasking and project management skills.
Moderate out of town and local travel, estimated at 15-20% per year.
