Job Description:

Responsibilities



  • Ownership of the strategic direction of existing Radio & Communication products and services within the Total portfolio.

  • Definition of new products and services specifications, including incremental improvements to existing products.

  • Global product launch planning and coordination, marketing strategy support, sales training, and development of sales tools.

  • Prioritization of software development for our cloud based Total Live web portal.

  • Lifecycle management – understanding the costs, margins, pricing, quality and other variables and identifying improvement projects or other actions for the product line.

  • Technical sales support – you will support sales occasionally on more technical sales projects.

  • Account management support – keeping existing customers happy is critical. You will support our account management and customer care teams, and take feedback from them to make the customer experience better. You will occasionally be out in the field fixing something if the situation calls for it. You will get your hands dirty.

Minimum requirements:


You are a team player, an effective communicator, responsible and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial streak in you. You are persistent, able to dream big yet you can buckle down and take care of the little details when the situation calls for it. You understand what it takes to bring a product to market and how to market and sell your product. You understand marketing, product development, project management, finance, technology and manufacturing enough to manage these risks in your portfolio and drive developments that make sense for our customers, our investors and the Total team around you.
