The Digital Analytics
team provides data-driven insights and reporting for the digital organization.
Examples of work include identifying friction points in the purchase flow,
measuring the impact of newly deployed capabilities, and building dashboards
for executive leadership.  This role reports to the Director of Mobility
Sales Analytics – Digital and will also act as a trusted advisor to leaders in
Product Management and Sales. By leading change within the organization and
leading key team initiatives, this role has a significant impact on the success
of the team and the broader Digital Organization. 


  • Leverage
    strong analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to interpret
    disparate, complex data into a range of alternate futures.
  • Utilize
    research skills and quickly evaluate competitive and industry dynamics.
  • Develop
    maturity assessments, roadmaps and strategy documents to identify and
    design a data-driven digital strategy
  • Integrate
    both financial and strategic analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses
    and conclusions. Distills core components of complex problems into
    succinct and easily understood set of conclusions.
  • Communicate
    with confidence and poise in presenting hypotheses, conclusions and
    recommendations to management, functional subject matter experts and
    technical resources.

    quantitative tools; familiarity with modeling, reporting, and analytics tools

  • Experienced with a digital or
    omnichannel transformation in a strategy, analytics, or execution role is a
    major plus
  • Knows how to
    navigate a bureaucracy, savvy in the politics of large organizations, can
    manage stakeholders
  • Intermediate
    to advanced knowledge of Excel (look-ups & pivot tables), SQL, data
    visualization (Tableau)
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable with
    ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be able to simultaneously
    dive deep and think big. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, Business
    Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.  An
    advanced degree, especially
    an MBA,
    is preferred.
