We’re seeking qualified candidates for the role of Rehab Technician (full time) at Ridge View!

Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED), a leading real estate development and property management company, has been developing and managing award-winning residential communities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison, and the Green Bay areas since 1985.

We’re looking for a Rehab Technician to join our growing team.  The Rehab Technician is part of our residential property management group and prepares individuals for potential advancement to other technical roles.

Job Description:

This position is empowered to perform significant renovation and rehab projects that ensure resident satisfaction, enhance the value of your community, and contribute to the overall financial success of the property.

What you will do:

  • Perform renovations in apartment homes including kitchen and bathroom remodeling; installation of flooring, counters, cabinets, appliances, etc.; and painting

  • Work closely with the Property Manager on preventative maintenance and other special projects

  • Install, repair, and trouble-shoot plumbing in kitchens and bathrooms

  • Substantial knowledge and experience with the installation of, and repairs to, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and electrical systems. 

  • Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks

Education and Experience:

  • High school degree required

  • Three years of related residential renovation, rehab, or maintenance experience


  • Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, along with an occasional weekend.
