Aon Is Looking for A Health Solutions Benefits Consultant

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions Group.

Your Impact as A Health Solutions Benefits Consultant

The purpose of this role is to act as the lead client consultant and own all levels of project management to support execution of Client Service Delivery. This position will act as the primary day to day contact of clients and oversight of client team & support. The Health Solutions Benefits Consultant will collaborate with the client Account Executive to assist with execution of strategy and special projects. It includes analysis, drafting client presentations, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs for other services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Conducts and leads client meetings, monitors and executes deliverables

* Ability to work independently

* Supports Account Executive growth goals by identifying revenue opportunities where appropriate

* Works with other client team members to deliver on projects

* Partner with the actuarial team to prepare and deliver financial analysis

* Partner with the broking team to prepare and deliver marketing analysis

* Vendor management Health Solutions Benefits Consultant

* Plan document review

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Strong compliance knowledge

* Ability to develop and maintain carrier relationships

* Knowledge of market trends

* Baseline understanding of self funding

* Ability to articulate recommendations to clients, and work with them in a consultative manner

* Resolves client issues at appropriate levels and leverages other team members when needed

* Acts with professionalism and integrity

* Ability to act as a mentor to other peers

* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 3+ years as benefit consultant

* Attention to detail

* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to handle multiple projects at one time

* Project management and strong analytical ability

* Strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients

* Financial acumen

* Strong presentation skills

* Must have CO Life, Accident & Health License

Education

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of industry experience
