Job Description:

 The role: 


The MPC Associate I will educate and guide Independent Distributors and where applicable Preferred Members on the Herbalife Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan and regulatory requirements in order to uphold the Herbalife opportunity, protecting consumers, Distributors and the Herbalife brand image; as well as, by implementing and correcting violations to promote an ethical and fair environment in which Herbalife products may be sold.

How you would contribute:


  • Provide guidance and coach Distributors so they can advertise and promote their businesses in a manner that is ethical and fair.

  • Use sound issue spotting, fact-finding and analytical skills to conduct proactive and complaint-based investigations into potential non-compliance with the Rules of Conduct and Distributor Policies.

  • Interpret/clarify rules and regulations for Distributors relating to the Rules of Conduct as stated in the Herbalife Career Manual, How to do Business, Member Application and other published sources.

  • Prepare correspondence/letters for Distributors according to their specific case file type

  • Prepare professional, objective and complete case studies for resolution by management.

  • Stay current with Herbalife’s Marketing Plan and the policies and rules that relate to Distributor conduct, business operations and local regulatory requirements.

  • Effectively utilize applicable databases, the internet and internal and external sources to perform various systems and other research.

  • Handle a variety of intermediate and advanced issues including receipting, unauthorized sales channel violations and export with support from seniors and Supervisors.

  • Support colleagues with crafting decks for sophisticated case files for senior management, legal and executive review.

  • Handle various alerts related to receipting and ordering patterns with support from Sr. MPC Associates and Supervisors.

  • Detail and provide sound resolutions for various infractions of the rules of conduct.

  • Interact and communicate professionally with various departments, Distributors, Preferred Members and customers.

  • Support MPC outreach and education initiatives by attending corporate training and events.

  • Respond to ad hoc investigative requests and support the team to ensure departmental success.

  • Support the MPC live queue as requested.

  • Handle various clerical duties and other tasks, as requested.

Skills and background required to be successful:

Skills:


  • Bilingual (fluent in French and English) 

  • Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information.

  • Effective general clerical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation/research.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette

  • Strong customer and results orientation

  • Ability to function successfully under multifaceted time-lines and often short deadlines

  • Excellent follow-through skills

  • Team player able to interact optimally at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves

  • Strong fact-finding skills

Experience:


  • At least 2-3-year experience in a position of policies/guidelines bounded environment which requires resolving problems in day-to-day operations.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and prioritizing workload and taking full ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

  • Experience in a service-oriented industry.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
