Within JPMorgan's Private Side Derivatives Marketing team, the Global Sponsors and Infrastructure Fund Sales team identifies, structures and executes cross asset markets solutions for the firm's private equity, infrastructure, credit and real estate funds. Typical transaction types include equity derivatives, structured financing solutions, foreign exchange and interest rate hedging. The team is seeking a candidate in New York as a Vice President or Executive Director, and the role will have primary coverage responsibility across several sponsor clients in North America.
Develop and manage senior relationships across client portfolio. Originate and lead negotiation of equity and credit structured financing opportunities, and work with existing interest rate and foreign exchange teams to drive overall derivatives revenue. Global partnership with banking, trading, credit, structuring and other internal partners in executing strategies. Evaluate credit, market and reputational risk, and work with appropriate partners to effectively manage these risks.
BA or BS required. Minimum 7+ years derivative or structured finance experience. Strong knowledge of Global Markets, including equity, credit, fixed income and corporate debt markets. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience working with financial sponsors.
