The role:

With a strong background in project management, account management, and exceptional client service, the Sr. Program Manager, WW Client Services, is a highly visible team member who coordinates the discovery, design, development, and delivery of creative projects of varying scope and complexity.

Experienced with spanning design, social media, video production, event branding, printed collateral, copywriting, and all-things-digital, the Sr. Program Manager keeps the team motivated and on-task. This individual also provides experienced workflow consultation to colleagues and clients while serving as a sought-after knowledge specialist across multiple portfolios and across all lines of business. Equally versed in digital and print production, video production, event marketing, and the fabrication of both creative collateral and branded merchandise, the Sr. Program Manager is truly a master of their craft who exudes confidence and inspires others.

Using Workfront daily, this individual manages their queue, communicates with clients, builds timelines, facilitate reviews and approvals, and meets program objectives. Shepherding all relevant partners and resources, the Sr. Program Manager follows (and improves upon) standard department processes, while remaining flexible enough to fast-track urgent client requests as needed.

How you would contribute:


  • End-to-end project management of the discovery, design, development, and delivery of creative requests of varying scope and complexity across all mediums


  • Act as both program manager and project manager with the ability to pivot from macro to micro


  • Ensure we remain on-strategy, on-brand, on-time, and on-budget


  • Fully vet incoming design and copy requests, draft detailed timelines, maintain clear and consistent partner communication, flag and monitor dependencies, facilitate creative and legal reviews, and assure alignment on roles and responsibilities


  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on creative opportunities, limitations, timing, and deliverables


  • Solve sophisticated artistic and technical challenges while balancing requirements and project timelines


  • Use project management software for crafting timelines, reviews and approvals, tracking hours, communicating with clients, maintaining version control, and reporting


  • Address all tasks with urgency; scale roadblocks as a confident, consensus builder


  • Negotiate with vendors on timeline and budget, securing contracts as needed


  • Assimilate and synchronize multiple, cross-divisional inputs; lead cross-functional team meetings


  • Set and continually handle expectations throughout project life-cycle


  • Lead external creative agencies and localization vendors


  • Supervise related budgets and spending under the direction of the Sr. Director


  • Assist in building the annual creative budget in partnership with creative partners


  • Compare forecast against monthly accruals; reconcile with Finance


  • Provide mentorship to Program Managers while coaching for efficient performance


  • Govern your creative queue with autonomy


  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and background required to be successful:

Skills


  • Workfront power-user with ability to build/edit dashboards, run reports, and onboard others


  • Familiarity with additional Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Trello, Wrike, Jira, or other tools)


  • Advanced Excel skills crucial to build and maintain sophisticated budget spreadsheets


  • Adept at using PowerPoint and/or Keynote to create decks and presentations


  • Strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment


  • Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, and the authority on time management


  • Lead strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, and creative brief development


  • Solid understanding of how the visual and strategic expression of the brand impacts the success of products and services, and the importance of quality control throughout the production process


  • Effective negotiation and conflict management ability


  • Understanding of agile project management principles


  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and public speaking skills


  • Knowledge of design applications (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and printing processes


  • Working with geographically diverse teams while demonstrating cultural sensitivity


  • Embody the servant leader, lean into empathy, embrace kindness, and be a phenomenal teammate

Experience


  • 8+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency or corporate environment with a focus on creative excellence and client service


  • Experience implementing integrated marketing projects


  • Experience with projects spanning design, social media, video production, event branding, new product launches, mobile, printed collateral, copywriting, and all-things-digital


  • Experience with design management, resource utilization, and UX/UI principles


  • Experience leading outside creative agencies/vendors


  • Experience working with global business partners

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
