Our DHS Team supports our Nation’s law-enforcement, national security, and homeland security, providing, operating and assuring mission-critical wireless services (including FirstNet), for the full spectrum of mission execution.

AT&T is seeking a program manager to support the US Secret Service enterprise mobility program. Responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the AT&T Account Team, AT&T Program Team and our DHS customers. to successfully manage the customer service inquiry, ordering, provisioning and billing process.  Growth is available as AT&T continues to add other work for the US Department of Homeland Security.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing customer orders and service inquiries through the AT&T mobility process.  Includes account set up, post award- pre order responsibilities, ensuring correct order issuance, troubleshooting issues that impact the provisioning process, insure order completion and successful, accurate billing to the customer.
  • Fulfill custom reporting requirements as specified by the USSS customer
  • Work closely with the AT&T Account Team in responding to customer inquiries for both new and existing mobility service.
  • Support the AT&T Account Team and AT&T Program Team in applying management skills to all aspects of program success as measured by customer satisfaction, financial objectives, contributions to the responsible AT&T business unit, and performance of assigned personnel, including matrix staff. 

Required Clearance: Be US citizen eligible to obtain a US Government Public Trust certification.

Required Qualifications: Education:  B.A. or B.S.

  • Position requires a detail oriented individual with a background in customer facing support
  • Fluency in AT&T Mobility processes and electronic systems as well as an established contact network with the AT&T teams and staff that support mobility products, FirstNet in particular
  • The Candidate must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the customer and the other members of the AT&T team
  • Anticipates potential problems, identifies risks, and plans contingencies
  • Able to work independently when provided with broad objectives
  • Able to work multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professional composure
  • Ability to effectively convey ideas, facts, and directions in either written or verbal form, both informally and formally

Desired Qualifications: Experience in working in teams, including external groups such as customers and other contractors, involved with complex financial transactions and direct customer support.
