Your purpose:

Hartman Income REIT is the top performing REIT in the country. We have an opportunity for hunters who are hungry to achieve success as commercial real estate leasing agents. Our best agents are bringing in $250k-350k annually. We will invest in top sales talent with mentorship, sales coaching and product training. Your responsibilities:


  • High volume cold calling, canvasing and sales lead follow-up

  • Assist with any efforts necessary to close lease deals with new tenants

  • Build relationships with brokerage community by networking, entertaining with meals and gifts, and event planning

  • Help with any preliminary sales tasks for agents

  • Comply with Senior Leasing Agent Mentorship

Your experience and skills:


  • Driven, persistent and money motivated

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced with cold-calling, overcoming objections and sales presenting

  • Valid Driver’s License required

  • Desire to become a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent
