Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette.

Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience a plus.

Preferred Qualification: Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience a plus.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Assisting all clients, checking in, greeting at arrival Notifying staff of appointment arrivals Check client out/collecting co-pay Ensuring all clients are offered Office Summary of today's appointment, education information, PIN numbers Post physician and therapy services as needed

Work Environment/Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel: Position is Full Time. Must be available Mon- Fri. from 8:30am - 5:00pm with some Saturdays 8 - 1pm. Able to work at different local sites as required.
