Summary:

Since 1912, Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc., a subsidiary of MYR Group, Inc, has provided comprehensive electrical construction services to clients throughout the western U.S. Sturgeon Electric has two divisions, offering both power line construction and commercial/industrial electrical construction, making it a full service electrical provider.

Sturgeon Electric's Commercial and Industrial (C&I)electrical construction division specializes in large-scale commercial electrical projects, telecommunications, traffic signalization, gas distribution, high voltage distribution service and maintenance to clients. Sturgeon Electric has experience performing projects under Integrated Lean Project Delivery methods, and also offers pre-construction services, in-house pre-fabrication capabilities, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities.

The Service Scheduling Coordinator provides scheduling and operational support to project teams and customers. The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling orders, call-out repair and deployment of resources to support the Service department.

Essential Functions:

* Dispatch and schedule work orders utilizing customer and field service systems
* Coordinate service or repairs on behalf of employees and customers
* Communicate with customers, setting up services such as installations or repairs, relaying information to workers and keeping careful records of services and transactions
* Order material for service team as needed
* Complete job cost transfers for heavy equipment on a weekly basis
* Maintain a job log for the service projects to include job number, description, contact information, driver name, and billed amount
* Review service drivers' daily paperwork
* Receive work orders from service team and price as needed
* Organize and schedule building maintenance activities
* Other duties as assigned
* Regular and predictable attendance
* Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
* Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards





Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 yrs of experience in electric service/construction environment

Preferred Education:

* High school diploma or GED is required

Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($39,000-$55,000). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
