Position Summary:

• This position is responsible for shipping, receiving and material handling.


• Planning (XA, DOH and DWM) requirements for inventory control, company policies for shipping and receiving company assets, and ISO procedures designed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Prepare, implement, and monitor ship plans on an ongoing basis.

• Assure ERP system integrity for all procedures designed for shipping, receiving, material handling and plant level customer service.


• Track and ship RMA and RTV materials,


• Track and ship intra-divisional transfers and outside processed components.


• Assure department accuracy in the warehouse.


• Supervise dock and material handling personnel.


• Analyze, implement, and monitor modification schedules.


• Provide training and development opportunities to direct reports


• Maintain housekeeping in all work areas


• Maintain all products, labels, equipment, materials, and supplies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma


• Minimum of 2 years experience in shipping and receiving or shop floor control.

Desired Skills and experience:

• Understanding of ERP Systems


• Experience and knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.


• Detail Orientated and strong organizational skills.


• Ability to plan, and communicate with accuracy.


• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.
