Background we are looking for:
3+ years of industry experience working on large scale systems BE or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field Experience with HTTP, REST API's and competent designing and building web services/micro-services in a commercial setting. Proficient in back-end development using Java EE technologies (e.g. restful services, spring stack development) Experience using SQL and NoSQL database technologies Competent in software development tools (e.g. Java build tools, GiT, GitHub, PR reviews, Git branching strategies, Maven) and best practices (e.g. unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, etc.). Strong foundational knowledge in Object-Oriented Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, SQL/NoSQL. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
