The Shipping & Receiving clerk will contribute to the daily operations of the loading dock and Food & Beverage storage areas. You will be responsible for receiving product orders, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of items received and transferred to outlets at TSV and handling invoices and requisitions forms.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Reliable attendance on all scheduled work daysCommunicate with Vendor Representatives and Drivers to keep and maintain an organized receiving scheduleAssist in counting and completion of end-of-month inventory processesUnload, load, carry, stack, and complete all other functions necessary to store product receivedReports delivered goods to associated department managersUnpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate shortages to department managersMaintain cleanliness, organization, and security of storage areas and dockRecord transfer of inventory to Food & Beverage outlets or to other departmentsComplete delivery of product to Food & Beverage Outlets as neededCommunicate low or out inventory levels to Purchasing ManagerCorrelate invoices with product receivedRepeatedly lift and move heavy itemsFollow OSHA and TSV safety procedures for lifting, moving, and storing itemsParticipate in and facilitate TSV recycling and green initiativesGreets and assists guestsby interacting professionally and enthusiastically when neededOther duties as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:
Candidate must hold current New Mexico Food Handlers Certification prior to or within 30 days of hire.Candidate must hold current or be willing to complete New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification prior to hire.Must possess a valid Driver LicenseAmbition to grow into higher positionMinimum 1 years experience in Shipping/Receiving preferredAbility to communicate in a positive and productive manner while completing dutiesAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holiday and Peak days. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.
