Dh Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS, is hiring an Administrative/Customer Service Support Rep. for an exciting new position supporting our phone system. At DH Pace, our commitment to excellent service for our customers starts with how we answer the phone. We require our phone system to function at the highest possible level at all times, as we respond to thousands of customers, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year! We are looking for a highly motivated person with entry level IT skills. Position will be responsible for daily trouble shooting, set up of new employees, help desk duties, report writing and communicating with employees across the Company. Job Responsibilities:



  • Sales Order creation

  • Material Ordering

  • Purchase Order management (creation, follow up, invoicing assistance)

  • Generating reports for meetings, taking notes and updating per meeting progress

  • Project and Service billing

  • Material returns

  • Assist with inventory

  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • Two (2) years of administrative experience, project management, construction, or a related field is preferred. We are eager to train motivated team players! 

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Computer proficient
