Truck Sales CRM Specialist at Midwest Peterbilt Group in Sioux City, Iowa

Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing CRM Specialist will be responsible to work with the CRM (Arcadium) database specifically on actions directed at improving and supplementing the data integrity with the CRM as guided by the Director of Sales.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Complete ongoing training with Arcadium CRM systems.

Assist with MPG marketing activities

Use market data to help develop data sets that can be migrated into the CRM

Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data into groups

CRM general maintenance


  • Gather data from open source websites (examples include: Safer, Manta, company websites, association lists and industry websites, etc.)

  • Remove and consolidate duplicate records as needed

  • Support sales team on CRM related questions as needed

  • Support sales management on generating reports as needed

  • Entry of monthly truck sales into respective customer profiles
    • New

    • Used

  • Input customer data from customer events and blitzes as needed

  • Direct mailing support as needed

Weekly activity report

Work toward push notification integrations in collaboration with marketing.

Attend sales and training meetings.

Maintain professional appearance.

Other tasks as assigned.

Education

High School graduate or GED required. 

Associate degree or higher is preferred, but not required.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills with fundamental computer operations, spreadsheets, word processing, database, e-mail, and CRM software.

Language Skills

The ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents, and government regulations

The ability to write reports, and business correspondence.

The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, common inquires, or complaints, from customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

The ability of performing basic math as well as calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, statistics, area, circumference, and volume.

The ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

Reasoning Ability

The ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must have a valid driver’s license, and transportation to travel to work.

Travel

Minimal travel, estimated at less than 10% of the time.
