Our Role:

The Information & Technology Services team supports PGIM Private Capital with both vendor and internally designed applications, processes, and reporting.  We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a data analyst role to complete a review of various data points between Salesforce and other internally built legacy systems, identifying updates, and recommending and implementing solutions to impacted data.  You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation. 

Your Impact: 

• Identifying solutions to complex business problems by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and systems requirements to enhance operational performance 


• Gaining exposure to external research, business systems and data tools that will help you further develop your career and analytical abilities including Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, R, SAS, Hadoop, Informatica, ETL, API development and microservices 


• Mining vast data stores to discover business insights and operational improvement opportunities 


• Planning and forecasting models, generating business requirements, creating functional specifications for systems development, and designing tests to help define solutions 


• Managing information systems, building data foundations, understanding regression trends and performing data segmentation 


• Exposure to many business systems and data tools that will help you further develop your professional career and analytical abilities, while working with world class financial and/or actuarial application architectures 

Your Required Skills: 

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2022 and May 2024


• Preferred majors include Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Business and Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, and we welcome all other business or technical areas of study to apply!

• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, R, Python, AWS, Text Mining Tools, SQL Server preferred 


• Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook) 


• High curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn  


• Demonstrated analytical ability and detail-oriented
