Municipal Water's Northeast Division revenue is over $300 million per year and comprised of 84 contracts across 9 states.

Job Description

The Division is in need of an Associate to the Vice President of Operations to:

Be the main point of contact for our contracts acting as the Project Management Office (PMO) under the VP of the Operations

Be an active contributor in order for initiatives to be delivered on time, within budget constraints and delivering the expected value

Be a trusted support to management for decision-making Main Tasks

(i) Project Management Develop and maintain project management tools to ensure overall monitoring and reporting of initiatives Monitor progress and ensure accuracy, exhaustiveness, reliability of both operational and financial information Ensure effective communication to the operations and general management

(ii) Support to projects Consolidate Region monthly reporting Ensure accuracy, exhaustiveness and reliability of both operational and financial information Prepare business presentations for executive committees Implement tools in order to support & control operational activities

(iii) Ad-hoc analysis & projects Work closely with management on various topics (finance, operations, HR, EHS, workflow process, ...) Prepare ad-hoc analysis & presentations according to the needs of the time

Qualifications

Graduated from a school in Engineering or Business Experience in Project Management in the Utility sector or similar role in other industries

Analytical skills (minimum knowledge in Corporate Finance required)

Tech savvy (interested in putting in place new tools to improve reporting & operational efficiency)

Fluent in English Driving license Personal abilities: proactive, flexible, organized, autonomous, and reliable

Experience with Google Suite is a plus A knowledge or experience in the utility sector would be a plus
