Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospects for new business through various means including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Schedule and conduct thorough property inspections for pests and termites
Time management: arrive on time for all office-scheduled appointments and company meetings
Educate customers on pest and/or termite control issues and recommend solutions to resolve problems
Prepare solutions based proposals and quotes for customers based on inspection findings and preventative measures
Close sales to meet revenue targets and achieve company goals.
Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide customers with the most current solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Salary and Benefits:
First year > guaranteed salary from $45k-$60k (based on experience) PLUS commission

Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license
Ability to work 40 hours (more during our busy season) including weekends if needed
Knowledge of pest and termite identification and treatment options is a plus, but not necessary as training is provided
Computer and technology literate
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
