Heluna Health invites applicants to apply for the position of Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the Director, Contracts and Grants Management. This individual will provide high-level administrative support and coordination, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This person must possess the ability to interact with staff, clients, and vendors (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Must be able to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
The salary range is $21.81 - $25.20/hour commensurate with experience.
