Field Service Coordinator at INTERNATIONAL MARINA GROUP LP in Harpswell, Maine

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pre Launch Check boats. Assist with launching/workboat opsTie up/plug in, recheck bilges, organize the decks, making sure boats are set to be outside, ready for recom & owners to see them. Quality Control. Relay vessel readiness or punch list to SM. Recom boats to maintain schedule Sea trial / punch list the boatsProject briefing to complete jobs & meet ready datesDeliver boats to local customers when neededQuality Control interior team to ensure end product.
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related trainingWear proper personal protective equipment (may include safety glasses, gloves, life jackets and/or hard hats) as required for the task or work areaReport all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately

Technical and Physical Requirements
Strong aptitude for understanding and repairing how mechanical / electrical devices. Experience working with hand tools and fixing things Technical School training preferred Marine or Aircraft experience preferred ABYC Certification will be required if not already achieved prior to hire Ability to ascend and descend a ladder Ability to work in small and tight spaces Ability to lift 50 pounds
