$21.67 -$24.25 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:

The Mortgage Loan Support Assistant administratively supports assigned Lake Area Mortgage Loan Officer(s) in preparation to facilitate a quality and expedited origination process, with direct oversight of processes by the MLO. This will include data entry into Home Loan origination systems, documentation prep for Home Loan Processing, and following up with Members for additional documentation as needed.  Will translate for Spanish speaking Members during appointments.  Able to effectively communicate with Members in both English and Spanish is required.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, working 40 hours per week, typically between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Additional hours will be required for Member appointments in the evenings and on weekends. 

 ***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm for 2 days at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.  Lodging, Meals and Mileage provided during this required training.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED


• One year of related experience working in a financial institution or other related customer service position.


• Communicate and translate in both Spanish and English.
