Stewardship and Annual Giving
The Girls on the Run-Chicago team reports to the office twice a week and are otherwise able to work from home. At times, evenings and weekends are required.
This is an exempt, full time position offering a compensation range of $65,000 to $72,000.
In addition, GOTR Chicago offers staff generous PTO to use in ways that are personally meaningful to them and a comprehensive benefits package. Details include: 3% automatic 401k employer contribution; 18 PTO Days and 11 additional set paid holidays/3 floating holidays, and a paid week off the last week of the year, and a four day work week for 8 weeks in the summer. Health insurance, including vision and dental (75% covered by employer, 25% covered by employee); 12 weeks of paid medical leave; company-paid $25,000 life insurance policy; $500 reimbursement credit for personal or professional development or items related to physical comfort and/or mental health (e.g. class or workshop, gym membership, a class, a mindfulness app), and partial reimbursement for home internet.
Hiring Timeline:
