Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a driven Provider Recruiter Sr for our San Dimas, CA office.  (This is NOT a REMOTE position initially)

What part would you play in this role?


Responsible for strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization.  Recruits qualified medical providers of all specialties; negotiates fees and generates contracts and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines;   Performs research and initial interviews to identify and determine candidate suitability for placement.  Conducts initial familiarization training during recruitment to ensure provider willingness and ability to perform services.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


You will also:



  • Qualify, and contract with, medical providers for medical disability examinations across the nation

  • Extensive proactive communication by phone and e-mail

  • Educate prospective provider candidates on the benefits of Leidos QTC and the noble value of the work

  • Build and maintain candidate and contracted provider relationships

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


We seek candidates w/ the following skills/competencies:



  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

  • Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providers

  • Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability

  • Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills 

  • Must present and communicate in a professional manner

  • Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company

  • Previous cold calling experience

  • Experience in developing and executing territory strategies

  • Possess organizational and follow up skills,  with attention to detail

  • Well-developed sales, negotiation, customer service, and training skills.  



  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to interact with highly educated providers by phone, e-mail, and face-to-face

  • Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Ability to master both current competencies and identify process improvements

  • Proficient with Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting

  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development

  • Ambition and drive for both personal growth and significant contribution to continuous organizational improvement

  • CRM knowledge preferred 


 


We are hiring for multiple Provider Recruiter Levels:


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)



    • Level 1: 0 to 1 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the healthcare industry)


    • Level 2: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the healthcare industry)


    • Level 3: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the healthcare industry)


  • Must be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly metric goals of contracting a specified number of medical providers to the company network


Compensation:



  • Level 1: $60,000.00- $75,000.00  w/ up to 7% bonus eligibility

  • Level 2: $67,000.00- $80,000.00 w/ up to 7% bonus eligibility 

  • Level 3: $75,000.00- $92,000.00 w/ up to 8% bonus eligibility
