Position: Admissions Coordinator

Location: Ridgeway Post Acute

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals and families seeking admission to our facility.


• Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility for admission and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.


• Coordinate admissions process, including scheduling tours, conducting interviews, and providing information about services and amenities.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions and discharges.


• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral sources.


• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and facilitate communication.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines related to admissions.

• Previous experience in healthcare admissions or related field preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
