Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy. This individual will assist with the daily administrative, operational, and staffing needs, ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. The coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to facilitate all phases of the recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to onboarding.  Join Bray today to make an immediate and tangible impact on a growing team!


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Recruitment Support: Assist TA Partners with tasks throughout the full life cycle of recruitment, including coordination of phone screens, virtual and on-site interviews, and scheduling post-interview debrief meetings.


  • Pre-Employment and Onboarding: Facilitate pre-employment tasks for new hires and support the onboarding process, including new hire orientation.


  • Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with TA Partners to create and implement marketing campaigns and recruiting strategies to attract top talent.


  • Event Planning: Plan and prepare for college activities/events, such as career fairs, to promote the company as an employer of choice.


  • HR Assistance: Provide employees with resources relating to HR and assist in creating presentations for various HR initiatives.


  • Front Desk Reception: Serve as the front desk reception for the HR office, offering assistance and guidance to visitors and employees.


 


Qualifications:




  • Education: High school diploma required; college education is a plus.


  • Experience: Previous HR administration or coordination experience preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with a strong background in scheduling and administrative tasks. Event planning experience is a plus.

Work Environment:


This role is based in the HR office five days a week, requiring the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage front desk responsibilities in addition to their recruitment and administrative duties.
