What You Will Do
As a Senior Project Manager-Electrical you will
Increase the companys efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of electrical projectsPrepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start upMaintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billingMaintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other tradesExecute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare partsDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring
Minimum of 10 years project controls/coordination experience with 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical project managementExperience managing electrical projects of $30M or moreExperience managing projects with over 100 employeesDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects, up to 5 at a timeExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of the electrical industryExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environmentExcellent computer skills; Highly competent in MS Office suite and AccubidMotivation, detail orientation, and a refusal to accept second best
