One of our leading Financial Planning Offices is expanding our operations to better service our growing client base. We have a newly created Administrative Assistant position available immediately. This is a full-time position in Pensacola, FL.
YOUR ROLE:
As a direct point of contact for prospects and clients, you will be responsible for the delivery of administrative tasks within the office.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
-First-line of contact for prospective and current clients of the firm
- Meeting & Greeting
-Inbound and outbound call support
-Office physical appearance
-Document and update client records
-Processing paperwork and some client requests
-Calendar management
-Meeting & events scheduling and coordination
WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:
-3+ years of experience in an administrative or client services function
-1+ years of experience working at a professional services business (accounting, legal, financial planning, etc.)
Excellent verbal/written communications skills, computer skills (MS Office), and attention to detail
