Overview

What We're Looking For

CyberPoint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Software Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing hybrid cloud business models. You will leverage your expertise in in containerization/orchestration and runtime-based technologies to build resilient and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement cutting-edge cloud-native frameworks
• Demonstrate advanced cloud-based network troubleshooting skills
• Work with and deploy DevOps, DevSecOps and continuous integration/development (CI/CD) pipelines, leveraging tools like GitLab within orchestration platforms or other cloud vendor fabrics.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI+FSP
• Proven experience as a Senior Cloud Architect or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems, Docker and containerization technologies
• Expertise in cloud-based network troubleshooting and security best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing Zero Trust security architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++ or Go.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, OCI) and private could solutions (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud package management systems like YUM repos and WSUS

What Will Set You Apart:

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification
• Experience building large-scale platforms by integrating open-source or commercial software with automation scripting.
