Meade is seeking a full time Payroll Administrator in Willowbrook, Illinois. The ideal candidate for this position will have some previous experience, but it is not required. This position provides the opportunity to be a part of a growing local company. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Efficient multitasking skills • Clear and concise communication skills • Familiarity with software and tools (Paychex, QuickBooks) • As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and submitting reports to support various departments within the organization and work closely with team members to address discrepancies • Accurately input and update information into the company databases, systems, and websites. • Maintain organized records of processed information • Assist in the creation and management of documentation and files. • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless information flow • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for management processes • Maintaining & prepare accurate payroll records, employee records, collect timesheets, prepare to process payroll, mail out paystubs on a weekly basis and W2s at the end of the year. • Answering employee questions about payroll • Keep track of time off • Processing wage garnishments • Work with multiple small accounts, monitor and track payments. • Accounts payable & receivable • Prepare documents for Audits and attend to provide additional information • Process permit applications for building or construction projects • Make sure permits, licenses, insurance, vehicle registrations, rentals, are all up to date. • Call in emergency Dig Permits to JULIE and/or DIGGER • Bilingual is a plus.
