CellGate, the industry's technology leader in Total Property Wireless Access cellular and internet live streaming video telephone entry, access control and camera integration is searching for an experienced Customer Support Specialist. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails from new customers requesting to activate their CellGate products
Engage with customers and ensure they are supported throughout the activation process; clear, supportive communication
Entering and updating information into relevant databases accurately
Track the activation process in Salesforce's customer relationship management (CRM) system
Manage case queues, follow-ups and other tasks
Follow-up on any missing account details or non-delivered agreements
Maintain knowledge and understanding of various CellGate products including functionality and troubleshooting through continued training
Provide consistent and accurate information to inbound inquires
Assisting with technical support calls (as backup) and other additional duties from time to time
Maintain a courteous, helpful and professional manner with both internal and external customers
Must understand and comply with company and department policies and procedures
